REFUNDS & RETURNS

Wine by the Bottle

All wine bottle sales are final; however, we will replace any bottle of wine that the customer finds unsatisfactory with one of equal or lesser value provided that the unfinished portion of the original bottle is returned to the winery.

Classic Wine Tasting

Store credit only. We do not issue refunds. If you need to make a change in your reservation, please call us at 215-493-6500, daily, 12 pm to 6 pm. Minimum of 24 hour advance notice required. Classic Wine Tastings not canceled within the 24 hour advance notice are forfeited and not eligible for store credit. Booking fees are non-refundable.

Group Wine Tastings

Store credit only. We do not issue refunds. If you need to make any change in your reservation, please call us at 215-493-6500, daily, 12 pm to 6 pm. Minimum of 48 hour advance notice required. Group Tastings and guest count adjustments not canceled within the 48 hour advance notice are forfeited and not eligible for store credits. Booking fees are non-refundable.

Merchandise

Store credit only if returned within 30 days of date of purchase and with valid receipt of sale.

Music Events

All sales are final and not transferable to another event. No refunds or store credits issued.

Store Credit Only. Must cancel in writing via email to events@crossingvineyards.com 7 days prior to the event to be eligible for store credit. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request; cancellation is not valid without this confirmation email. Booking fees are non-refundable.

Groupon, Living Social, SpinSaver, TravelZoo & other Social Promotions

We will honor social promotions past their expiration dates. If the experience purchased is no longer available, we will offer one of equivalent value. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, wine or any other merchandise.

Classic Wine Tasting

Non-drinkers are not charged and are welcome to accompany their party through a Classic Wine Tasting.

Group Tasting
(8 people or more)

Non-drinkers are not charged; however, non-drinking guests must be accounted for in the total guest count. If the tasting includes food (cheese, chocolate or cupcakes), non-drinkers are charged $10.

Celebration Package

Non-drinkers are discounted $5.00 off the ticket price.

No discounts for non-drinkers; Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.

Summer Wine & Music Series

No discounts for non-drinkers; Non-alcoholic beverages available for sale. Complimentary ice water available. Children under 10 are free of charge.


VINEYARD ETIQUETTE & CONDUCT

Alcohol Policy

Per the PA Liquor Law, no one who appears to be visibly intoxicated or who is under 21 years of age will be permitted to consume alcoholic beverages on the premises.

Children

Children are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times and are not permitted in the vineyard or in designated private or restricted areas as marked.

Dietary Restrictions

We do not have a restaurant on-site. If you require menu substitutions for any of our lunch or dinner events (due to allergies or other dietary restrictions) you must notify us at least 7 days in advance of the event. Substitutions will be a chef's selection.

Beverages

No beverages of any kind may be brought onto the winery property. This includes, but is not limited to, Wine, Beer, Spirits, Soft Drinks or other Non-Alcoholic Beverages, and Water. For the customer's convenience, beverages are available for sale in the wine store.

Food

No customer-provided food is permitted inside any building on the winery property; however, light fare is permitted on the grounds. With the exception of the Summer Wine & Music Series, the use of chairs, tables and large coolers is not permitted. Clean-up and removal of all trash is the guest's responsibility. Lawn, patio and surrounding grounds are sometimes closed for private events; check for availability.

Group Wine Tastings

Group Tastings for 8-16 guests can be reserved on our website. Groups larger than 16 people must be booked through our Events Department. No outside food or beverages are permitted. No exceptions. If a group arrives late for its reservation, the tasting will be condensed to fit within the 60-minute allotted time frame. Crossing Vineyards reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who may be deemed intoxicated, unruly, or who is under 21 years of age. Guests who are observed repeatedly leaving the winery and reentering may not be permitted to rejoin their tasting and may be asked to leave.

Late Arrivals

All of our public classes and events will start at the designated time and will not be delayed for guests arriving late. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to start time to allow for check-in.

Marriage Proposals

Crossing Vineyards & Winery is located on private property. Use of the grounds for marriage proposals is subject to management approval. All inquires should be sent to events@crossingvineyards.com. Restrictions and site fees may apply.

Noise

Crossing Vineyards & Winery is located in a residential area, and noise levels are subject to monitoring in accordance with the township ordinance. Outside amplification of any kind is prohibited (including, but not limited to, stereos; car stereos when car is not in motion; iPod amplified from a speaker; cell phone streaming music; etc.)

Pets

We are dog friendly on the grounds and inside the winery. Dogs must be well behaved and leashed at all times. Please be courteous and pick up after your pet.

Photography

No professional photography is permitted on the property without prior approval. All inquiries should be sent to events@crossingvineyards.com. Restrictions and site fees may apply.

Drones

No drone use is permitted on the property without prior approval. All inquiries should be sent to info@crossingvineyards.com. Restrictions and site fees may apply

Restricted Areas

Some areas of the 20-acre estate are private and restricted. Customers are not permitted within the main vineyard and must adhere to signage designating private areas as marked. During special events and weddings, additional portions of the grounds may be restricted from public access.

Smoking

Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapor cigarettes) is prohibited except in the designated areas in front of the Tasting Room and the Vistas Tent. Pipes and cigars are prohibited.
