Quel Fabuleux Voyage… What a Great Trip!

Crossing Vineyards' Wine Institute sponsored a private tour of The Rhône Valley and Provence from May 13-22, 2008, which included a two day stay in Paris, travel to The Northern and Southern Rhône Valleys on the high speed bullet train (TGV), an olive oil tasting in Provence and a private cooking class at The Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon.

Crossing Vineyards & Winery recently installed a solar energy system to reduce the company's reliance on fossil-based fuels. This project represents the latest in a series of efforts demonstrating Crossing's commitment to the environment.
